CapCut Automation folders are your Content Ninja workspaces — every workspace (current and future) is automatically a folder, no path to configure.

Each folder appears as a selectable export destination in Phase 6 and as its own section in the sidebar.
How it works
1. Adding a workspace (sidebar → + Add workspace) automatically adds a folder here
2. Each folder shows up as its own sidebar section and as an export destination
3. In Phase 6 Export → ✂️ CapCut Automation → choose a folder
4. The HeyGen video will be tagged for that workspace, ready for CapCut editing

After you confirm the script, it's automatically translated into every language below and a HeyGen video is generated for each one (sequentially), using the avatar template you set per language.

When Demo Mode is active, the pipeline runs end-to-end using mock data instead of real API calls.
Downloads use a public sample video, transcription uses a preset text, AI script uses a template, and Drive saves are simulated.
Use this to test the full UI flow without consuming API credits or needing configured keys.
